Product Delivery Issues, Returns and Exchanges

Product Returns

xtreemedecals.com designs and manufactures all products as per the specifications on the website or in the case of custom decals exactly as the customer enters them on the website.

All products purchased are manufactured to order and are not returnable or exchangable. Please take special care to order carefully and completely, and verify the order given in the confirmation email issued at time of order placement.

xtreemedecals.com will replace or exchange only those products which are deemed to be missing or defective. xtreemedecals.com quality control assures that all products are checked for flaws before shipment. Customer must check package contents upon arrival and notify xtreemedecals.com of any problems with 48 hours.

Product Exchanges

All products designed and manufactured by xtreemedecals.com are done so on an individual basis according to the information supplied by the customer. xtreemedecals.com is not responsible for spelling or typographical errors made by the customer. There are no exchanges available, including those due to customer selecting improper size or color. The colors listed on the color chart have been color matched to the actual vinyl color. Be sure of the color before you order.


Shipping Delays

xtreemedecals.com. is in no way responsible for any delays in shipping including local delivery errors or international customs issues. We will make every effort to reckify the situation.


Shipping mistakes & Lost packages

Lost or damaged claims can only be filed for shipments over $10.00 in value and can only be done after 30 days from package shipment and these items will be reshipped. xtreemedecals.com is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions or damaged shipments.

Customer Supplies Incorrect Address

When a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address, xtreemedecals.com will reship the package with corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment when the original package has been returned to us.
